- 100% advance payment for all orders less than 500 units or 20KG 2.
- Express shipping (DHL/UPS) is offered for the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Shipping to Europe is sent through Pakistan, Poland, and European countries.
- Shipping to the Gulf is done through Pakistan, UAE, and the Gulf country.
- Shipping to the rest of the world can be done directly from Pakistan to the destination country or the best available route.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipped item was damaged or, worse, your shipment had not arrived yet, contact our around-the-clock customer support at www.himalayanhealingshilajit.com within 10 working days. We will look into the matter and take necessary action about that.
4. Delivery Date
Estimated delivery times differ according to your location and how you selected to have your item shipped. Your packages should be delivered in approximately 5-10 business days.
